SELF-CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to Checkout
Before you reach the self-checkout stations, please remove all hangers and place your items in a bag. Bags will be positioned conveniently for your use and team members will be on hand to assist you with this process.
At Checkout
Place your bagged items into the checkout bin and follow the prompts on the screen.
Complete Payment
Your items will scan automatically, all at once, and will appear on the screen. You will then be able to pay and receive a receipt, completing the transaction. If you are a season ticket member, see below for instructions on how to receive your discount prior to payment.

Season ticket members can receive their discount by visiting our cashier-assisted checkout stations in the Team LA Store.

We will have store associates throughout Team LA Store who can assist you with any questions. If you have questions and would prefer to reach out to us via email, we can be reached at team@lakersstore.com.
Our trained staff will also be on hand to assist you at the self-service stations. With more streamlined and faster transactions, our staff will be able to focus more on customer service.
