1. What’s the status of my order?
  • To track the status of your order you can log into your Lakers Store account here: http://lakersstore.com/account/login

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Please note some items will not ship until a later date. Check product descriptions for accurate shipping information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

3. How do I return an item I bought at LakersStore.com?

Please follow these instructions to return your online order. 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered. Please follow the link below for return instructions. We also accept your return at our TEAM LA Store located at Staples Center. 

*Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 5-7 business days to get your return processed.

    RETURN POLICIES

    Orders from LakersStore.com:

    • Worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us here or call 1-323-526-9838
    • All custom merchandise may not be returned.
    • All final sale merchandise cannot be returned. 

    Custom Orders 

    •  Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

     

    4. What happens if I miss my delivery from LakersStore.com and my package is returned?

    • Once an order is returned to us, we will refund the items in your order in full; however, all shipping charges accrued will not be refunded. 

    5. Can I change or cancel my order?

    • Once an order is entered into our system we will not be able to cancel your order.
    • Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.
    • Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

    6. Can I use my Lakers Store Gift Card?

    • Unfortunately, at this time Lakers Store Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in store. Locations and hours for TEAM LA are here.

    7. How do I log into my Lakers Store account?

    • Due to the new and improved LakersStore.com, previous registered customers will have to recreate a new Lakers Store account. Any preexisting order history information will no longer exist after September 17, 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us here.

    8. How long will it take for my Return to process?

    • Please send all returns via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. 

    9. Where do I send my return if I do not wish to receive a prepaid return label?
