6. Can I use my Lakers Store Gift Card?
- Unfortunately, at this time Lakers Store Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in store. Locations and hours for TEAM LA are here.
7. How do I log into my Lakers Store account?
- Due to the new and improved LakersStore.com, previous registered customers will have to recreate a new Lakers Store account. Any preexisting order history information will no longer exist after September 17, 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us here.
8. How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to process?
- Please send all returns or exchanges via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return or exchange processed. Please note that exchanges are all subject to availability. We will contact you directly if we don't have the correct item you want.
