3. How do I return or exchange an item I bought at LakersStore.com?

*Please note all returns and exchanges must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns or exchanges in person. 

a. Please download and print our Return/Exchange Form
i. Please fill out all the necessary information indicating what kind of return/exchange you would like to make.
ii. NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return/exchange products purchased at LakersStore.com. For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is determined that LakersStore.com was at fault.

b. Enclose a copy of the packing slip and the return/exchange form with your item. (If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify Customer Service at 1-877-257-4916.

Please send back your product and Return/Exchange Form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

d. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please call 1-877-257-4916 for more information.

6. Can I use my Lakers Store Gift Card?

  • Unfortunately, at this time Lakers Store Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in store. Locations and hours for TEAM LA are here.

7. How do I log into my Lakers Store account?

  • Due to the new and improved LakersStore.com, previous registered customers will have to recreate a new Lakers Store account. Any preexisting order history information will no longer exist after September 17, 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us here.

8. How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to process?

  • Please send all returns or exchanges via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return or exchange processed. Please note that exchanges are all subject to availability. We will contact you directly if we don't have the correct item you want.
